Jan was admitted as an attorney in 1992 and as a conveyancer in 1997. Jan has extensive experience in commercial law, drafting of commercial agreements, insolvency law, family law and insurance law. As a conveyancer, Jan also deals with property related and property development issues and acted as project manager on various commercial property developments. Jan is also involved both in a managerial as well as in an advisory capacity in other companies and business initiatives.

Jan also has under his control a collections department in charge of debt collections for various clients including the collection of recoveries for major insurance companies.
