PROFILE
Geoff was admitted as an attorney in 1981. He is a commercial law specialist who is highly respected for his advice and acumen in high-level mergers and acquisitions, business rescue and insolvency matters. As an attorney who is also a registered tax practitioner, insolvency practitioner and certified fraud examiner he is frequently mandated to preside over complex insolvency enquiry matters. Geoff is also regularly invited to act as a guest lecturer in his fields of expertise. On an adhoc basis, he works on immigration law matters.
