Geoff was admitted as an attorney in 1981. He is a sought-after guest lecturer with four-decades’ experience in commercial and insolvency law. Geoff is an insolvency practitioner, a certified fraud examiner, a tax practitioner, and an accredited Conflict Dynamics Mediator.
He advises on business rescues, corporate insolvencies, the buying and selling of businesses and companies, share transactions, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of companies through compromises and arrangements.
